No One Does Portals like GDP
Want to take your Polaris RZR XP to the next level? SuperATV's 4" GDP Portal Gear Lift will do it better than anything else. You can choose between a 15% or 30% gear reduction and even pick the type of housing you prefer. If you want the maximum upgrade, dual idler gears provide maximum strength, making your ride better than ever.
What Is a Dual Idler?
Perfection takes time. After years of research and development, we’ve made our dual idler gear portals unlike any other. By placing a second idler gear in the portal box, the load gets spread over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and the strongest gear set you can get. Two idler gears don’t do a thing if they’re not mated perfectly, though. Precision CNC grinding ensures ours do. Our gears are made from the industry’s toughest 9310 steel alloy. Didn’t think dual idlers mattered? With GDP’s quality and experience, they finally do.
GDP Lets You Ride How You Want
Whether you're tackling mud, rocks, trails, or the desert, GDP has you covered. If you spend your time taking on bounty holes and boulder fields, opt for a 30% gear reduction to get more low-end torque with big tires. If you prefer high-speed action, a 15% gear reduction is the way to go. No matter how you ride, GDP is the right choice for you.
Portals Reduce Drivetrain Wear and Tear
These RZR XP portals put the gear reduction right in the hub, so your entire drivetrain benefits. Your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission work less and won't wear as quickly.
The Pinnacle of Portal Strength
The key to a great portal lift is its strength, and we know how to do it. With more GDPs in action than any other portal system, we know exactly what it takes to survive the hardest rides. Our cast and 6061 billet aluminum housings are built for ultimate durability, and they come paired with our advanced steel alloy backing plates for unbeatable strength.
Advanced Gaskets, Seals, and Bearings
Our portals use:
Protect Your Ranger with a Frame Stiffener
Extra ground clearance and bigger tires lead to more action-packed rides. But can your stock frame keep up? To stay confident while you put pedal to the metal, consider adding a SuperATV Frame Stiffener when installing your new portals.
