Steel for Upgraded Toughness We upgraded from the standard aluminum flip down glass windshield frame to hardcore steel. Why? Steel is stronger and less flexible than aluminum. That means it won’t wiggle or vibrate, transferring fewer vibrations into the windshield. Less vibration = fewer cracks. You’ll notice the difference right away!
Cushion for the Roughest Rides Flip down windshields are at their weakest when they’re lowered. Our engineers fixed that with extreme protection. Rubber straps hold the windshield in place and rubber bumpers support it. Rubber absorbs bumps and vibrations, limiting how much the windshield shakes. We wrap the edges of the windshield in our Secure Seal Tech, which absorbs any leftover vibrations (and seals out water and debris). It’s a soft cradle for the glass, which keeps it safe on the roughest rides.
Even More Features We include a manual wiper to help you keep your line of sight clear at all times. Both sides of the windshield have preinstalled locations to install a wiper too—just pick what’s right for you.
